Return Policy

You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

 Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The charges will be in line with the pricing policy of each company and for this our store does not bear any responsibility.

The procedure for changing a product is as follows:

  1. Prepare your parcel and enclose in it the completed return form that you received with the parcel as well as the purchase receipt.
  2. Take the parcel to the nearest Courier store and request that it be sent to the following address:

Once we receive the return of the product, we will inform you by phone or e-mail about its progress.


Note:

The amount of 3 € is charged to the customer in the following 2 ways either:

  • As cash on delivery
  • It is deducted from the amount returned to your account

 If you received a faulty or defective product, you will not be charged shipping costs during the replacement or return process.

In case you want a refund, the credit in your account will appear within 30 working days of receiving the product from our store and will be confirmed by an informative e-mail from our company.
